Started in 1966, the Westerly Chariho, Arc – Frank Olean Center has always practiced the philosophy as summed up in our founder’s words “If you place the client first, you will never go wrong.” – Frank Olean. Today, those words remain at the very core of our organization. We have been known for individual attention to each consumer’s needs and desires while simultaneously providing only those needs that the person really needs. We are here as a catalyst for people with disabilities to fulfill and achieve their goals for greater Independence, Integration and Productivity..
