Payment Policy: CPNRI members will be directly billed for registration fees. Payment of registration fees for non-CPNRI members or staff of member agencies who are paying for their own registration is required in advance via check or money order. Mail registration form and fee to:

After you submit this registration, a summary of your information will appear. Please print out this form for confirmation of your registration. If you have any questions after registering online, contact Amy Tellier at 401.295.5757. Confirmations for registration sent via telephone or USPS are not sent. If the course is full or cancelled, you will be notified.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows, no refund will be given. For cancellations after the registration deadline but prior to the event, substitute participants will be accepted. No administrative fee will be charged for a change in attendee. Failure to follow this policy will result in your agency being charged for the full cost of the event. Failure to meet minimal numbers by the posted deadline will result in cancellation of the event. Any registered participant will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the cancelled event and receive a complete refund.
